One of my Warhammer 40,000 illos, this cybernetic bean-counter with his bodyguard robots collects the Public Obedience Life Levy!! I was asked to create from my own dystopian imagination a set of drawings of characters that might be found at the Imperial Capital on Terra, so here's a faceless bureaucrat! Was largely based on someone who used to work in the local town hall.... |
